Kickball |
Object |
- Kick a large ball while sitting.
|
Direction |
- Trainer sits approximately three to four feet away from client.
- Trainer rolls large ball to right leg only; left leg only
- Client must kick ball to alternating legs, adding fakes

Sparking |
- Quadricepts, hamstrings, core, ankle flex, visual tracking, kinesthetic perception

Isometric Chest Press |

- Press hands together for 5 seconds
|

- Client sits/stands
- Client inhales and presses hands together at chest level.
- Exhale while pressing for 5 seocnds

- Client stands three feet from a chest height of slightly lower cross-bar
- With open hands in front of shoulders, client simulates a fall to bar
- Push off bar to stand erect

- Simulates a fall. This is a push-OFF, not a pushup. Visual tracking, kinesthetic perception, core, balance, coordinatioon, calves, ankle flex, upper-body strength

Blind Ball Toss |

- With eyes open, small toss up of left ball/catches it; small toss up of right ball/catches it. Repeat 10 times
